After Foxtrot went offline, the network requested a drone for repairs. All but one failed to respond. You play as the only Repair Drone, and now it's your task to head to Foxtrot and bring it back online. A wrong order interpreted; delivery packages rely on you to reach their destination. Will you deliver them?

Datawave is a adventure job-sim game where you play as a repair drone tasked to repair drones, deliver packages and wear a funny hat. The game plays on a fake operating system, giving you access to the in-game internet network, filesystem access and more to explore the world, like how all the other robots have access to.

Yet, you're not the only drone around. Other drones might challenge you to races to see who's the fastest, or engage in turf competitions for territory. Nobody knows why they do this, aside from being ordered and the ranking showing the winners higher in rank than losers.
